When starting to write this blog, I talked to a few friends of mine about this issue of beauty, appearance, makeover and how these are all related to our feeling about ourselves, our self esteem and confidence. At first I thought it’s pretty clear that these are all related but from what I heard many actually don’t think that way.

Nowadays, many women think that going to a beauty salon, doing some nice haircut, waxing their legs or doing some kind of an makeover might give them the appearance of less professional at their work place. I blame the feminism for that!!! It all should be the other way around!!

From what I’ve found over the internet, many psychologists claim that actually looking better, i.e having a nice haircut, good shape, wearing a suitable makeup, having a manicure and a pedicure or even wearing a nice suit not only improves your self esteem, but also proven as one of the stepping stones to be more successful. NOT only for women, but also for MEN!

More attractive people are seen as healthier, more  intelligent, happier and more skilled as one of experts had mentioned in one of the articles I’ve read.  I don’t mean to persuade someone to do a plastic surgery but only to make a certain point – that looking good means feeling good in all aspects of life! It’s only a matter of awareness and will. Once you’ll start thinking about it, you’ll notice that by doing a few simple things for yourself you’ll gain the perfect result.

I will try to share as much as I can from the knowledge I’ve collected in the recent time, so you are welcome keep updated :)

  1. It’s important to distinguish the terms plastic surgery and cosmetic surgery Plastic Surgery is really a recognized surgical specialty and is defined as the subspecialty dedicated to the surgical repair of defects of form or function this consists of cosmetic (or aesthetic) surgery, also as reconstructive surgery.

  2. From the volume of cosmetic procedures that take location each and every year it would appear that many people now take into account this kind of surgery to be a totally acceptable approach to treat areas of their body they do not like.

  3. For me, you don’t really need to undergo a plastic surgery just to enhance your appearance. To be beautiful is to believe that you’re beautiful. As simple as that.
