Looking better Feeling better
I’m sure all of you are familiar with the feeling of a bad hair day or thick eyebrows or when you suddenly gain too much weight. I feel bad! I know it might sounds a bit shallow, but when one of those things happens to me, I feel insecure and I can’t focus on the important things that I’m suppose to be doing.
For instance, have you ever noticed that when you’ve got a a nasty pimple (acne) on your nose or forehead and you get to talk to your boss or even worse, the man of your dreams(!!!), all you start thinking about is “ohhh god please don’t look at my nose/forehead”, instead of enjoying your conversion and make the best out of it.
Now, yes, I’m sure some of you will say that doesn’t matter, and what matters is what’s on the inside… all of you -MOM, don’t understand that once you know you’ve got that nasty acne rush on your face, you can’t stop thinking about it!! it bothers you and therefore, that becomes your inside!
So, instead of trying to manipulate your thoughts and mind, which probably won’t work, just go to a beauty salon. Within a few hours you will not only look good but you will also feel good and everyone will notice!

More often than not, the way you look affect the way you feel. If you know that you look good, you also feel good about yourself.
